- Sesame Seed Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Soy Sauce - Splash

Instructions
- Chinese long beans can be found in both green and purple varieties.
- Both have similar flavors and textures, and either kind can be used for this recipe.
- If you don't have a wok, use a sturdy, large sauté pan that has at least a two-inch lip.
