Home Cottage Cheese And Feta Stuffed Peppers

- Red Pepper - 4
- Feta - 100g
- Cottage Cheese - 200g
- Chives - 1 tablespoon chopped
- Parsley - 1 tablespoon chopped
- Salt - 1/4 tsp
- Lemon Juice - 1 tablespoon

Instructions
- Cut the peppers lengthwise and remove the seeds.
- In a bowl combine 3.
- 5 oz (100 grams) Feta cheese, 7 oz (200 grams) cottage cheese, 1 tbsp chopped chives (optional), 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional), 1/4 tsp salt (more or less to taste) and 1 tbsp lemon juice.
- Fill the peppers with the mixture.
- Top with chopped chives and parsley.
- Serve.
