Ingredients

  • Lettuce - 1/2
  • Radish - 7
  • Cucumber - 1 sliced
  • Scallions - 4 Chopped
  • Salt - To taste
  • Apple Cider Vinegar - 2 tablespoons
  • Olive Oil - 1/8 cup
  • Dill - Garnish
  • Parsley - Garnish

Instructions

  • Place sliced lettuce in a large bowl.
  • Add radishes, cucumber, and scallions.
  • Drizzle with vinegar and olive oil.
  • Season with salt and gently toss to combine.
  • Top with sliced hard-boiled eggs, olives, dill and (or) parsley if using and serve immediately.
