Ingredients

  • Dried Sorrel - 1 cup
  • Brown Sugar - 2 cups
  • Ground Ginger - 1 tsp

  • Water - Boiled
  • Egg - 1 beaten
  • Puff Pastry - 1 Slice
  • Brie - 2 Lbs
  • Sorrel Jam - To serve
  • Water - 1 tsp

Instructions
